1. Check the availability calendar for your preferred days of stay at Red Paws of Lorne (minimum 2 day stay)
2. If your chosen days are available, please complete the Enquiry Form.
3. Red Paws will then respond to your email to confirm prices, requesting a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit if you wish to proceed with a booking. Payment can be made by Cheque, Money Order, Bpay or Direct Transfer. These details will be provided when you notify us that you wish to proceed with a booking. We will then send you a receipt, map and a confirmation of booking letter which will include check in times etc.
4. The balance of your payment is due 7-14 days prior to your arrival. You will be notified of this at the time of booking. It would be great if you could notify us of your expected arrival time. Then we can make sure we are around to greet you or make alternative arrangements. If the final payment is not received by the due date, Red Paws of Lorne reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund.
5. Please make sure that you read and agree to all of the above conditions before paying your deposit.
