1. Check the availability calendar for your preferred days of stay at Red Paws of Lorne (minimum 2 day stay)
2. If your chosen days are available, please complete the Enquiry Form.
3. Red Paws will then respond to your email to confirm prices, requesting a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit if you wish to proceed with a booking. Payment can be made by Cheque, Money Order, Internet/Bank direct deposit. These details will be provided when you notify us that you wish to proceed with a booking. We will then send you a receipt, map and a confirmation of booking letter which will include check in times etc.
4. The balance of your payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival. You will be notified of this at the time of booking. It would be great if you could notify us of your expected arrival time. Then we can make sure we are around to greet you or make alternative arrangements. If the final payment is not received by the due date, Red Paws of Lorne reserves the right to cancel the booking with no refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
*Bookings cannot be cancelled however if necessary, we will move your booking to a date within a similar rate period, provided that the original dates booked, can be filled with another booking. Monies paid will not be refunded.
*If Red Paws of Lorne has to cancel your booking, we will always attempt to find alternative dates that suit, or provide a full refund.
Bush Fires
*A refund will be given, if requested, if Red Paws of Lorne is destroyed by fire or the authorities have closed roads and/or issued explicit advice not to enter the area due to safety concerns. The refund will only apply to the dates booked where this is the case.
*A refund will also be offered on days of catastrophic fire danger ie Code Red Days, where the authorities have advised to leave the area for personal safety. Once the alert is over your booking will still be in place and no refund will be offered for days booked that are not under this alert.
* No refund or cancellation will be offered for excessive smoke around or if a fire has been in the area, but the roads are now open.
6. Please make sure that you read and agree to all of the above conditions before paying your deposit.
